hihi!

just decided to blog again after a long absence.. (yes i keep repeating myself.. it's always a long while since I 'last' blogged)

well I just came back from Sydney last week.. was there for a really short while only.. and didn't manage to do very much.. went to visit the Hunters' valley, the blue mountains, a wildlife park. Which weren't very much either.. cos I'm not a very scenery person, so unless the scenery's DAMN breathtaking (I though Grand Canyon was slightly above soso), I prob won't be too interested.

What got me more interested was the number of varieties of Tim Tams that I found there.. There were a couple more variations there that looked real good.. plus some other sorta biscuits produced by Arnott's.. Bought some TTs back.. but to my umm.. i dunno whether I should call it blessing or wat.. I found out that NTUC now carries all those varieties of Tim Tams.. so maybe they'll bring in the other types of biscuits too.. soon.. Ah well..

Oh and it happens that I turn 23 today. My dad flew back this week so that we could celebrate my bday.. but his old ailment was acting up again so we couldn't go out! but i'm ok with it la. I quite appreciate the fact that the entire family bothered to want to celebrate it for me.. My poor lil bro skipped his band prac (he's got a performance coming up too) for me.. Yupz.. so I guess I should say a big Thank You to my err... REAL family for this.. :)

The Kotekitai Spring III concert will happen this Sunday, 10th Dec. Spring II was 2 years ago.. I guess this will probably be my last Spring concert as a performer.. And it was partly this thought that made me give up going for DnD for the rehearsal (and partly cos I'm still lagging behind in some steps).. Ummz..to the family, if any of you are reading this, sorry for not making it a full table! Pets not allowed in restaurants anyway.. hehe..

I've got a packed schedule for the rest of this week now.. Tmr's rehearsal, Friday's got a meeting, Sat's Full dress, Sunday's concert, plus planning, plus hospital visit. Gosh I haven't met up with any friends yet during these 2 weeks of leave! I think Friday noon is my last chance for anything.. But I'm too lazy to plan anything rite now.. The leave's too short! Ah.. I'm glad I'll get another week off at the end of the year.. I've booked my air tickets even though the leave's not officially approved yet.. but.. I DON'T CARE! I'll quit if they don't approve it. Hnh!

Newaez, I hope the baton girls will do our best for this concert! This time we must show everyone that our baton buds are now blooming flowers! and blooming very brightly too! I hope we'll be so good that we'll be invited to perform at some meeting later on :)
