HR

I have recently been assigned with an administrative task for which I have to obtain the personal particulars of the firm's new joiners. The collation of the forms was done by HR, while my job was to peruse through the forms to make sure that they are filled in properly. WEll, without an exception, there are ppl who din fill in their forms properly and we need to send their forms back to them.

Moi mgr told me HR will route it back to them. So I sent HR and email telling them i'll give them the forms soon.. Only to receive a call telling me "the departments will usually do it". Meaning I gotta do it. Wah. There are like 20 - 30 badly completed forms and I gotta mail it back to them individually? I'm not Admin u know.. neither am I HR. I thought the staff liaising business was HR's problem. They are called HR for a reason leh.

I asked mgr for help but haven't received a response yet. Dunno whether cos this is too trivial a matter to receive a response for. I've been bugging mgr quite a bit with silly questions la. But sometimes I really dun dare to shan zuo zhu zhang.

And so... now I'm taking the nil response as no help will be rendered.. So I've no way out.. sian la.. it's so admin and I can't charge time for it lor.

On a side note, did a bit of shopping during lunch today.. Body shop having up to 50% sale for body scrubs, butters, shower gels etc. THink I might wanna buy! :)
